Where we ship

We ship to all countries in the European Union except Lithuania. You can also collect your order from our shop in Victoria, Gozo: choose "Pickup" at checkout and we will let you know when it is ready.

Processing time

Orders are packed by hand in our shop and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days. Personalised, custom-made and made-to-order items take longer; we will tell you the expected time when you order or shortly after.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes a further 5 to 10 working days, depending on your country. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination and the size and weight of your order, and are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Special items

Some items, such as scooters (DPVs), large lithium batteries and oversized or high-value equipment, may need special shipping arrangements or may not be available for delivery to every country. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch.

Customs

We ship from Malta within the European Union, so there are no customs duties on deliveries within the EU.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at blackandwhitediving@gmail.com or on WhatsApp +356 7713 8229 and we will sort it out with the carrier.
