MV Tug Boat Rozi is one of the two prominent wrecks in Cirkewwa, located on Malta’s northwest coast. After serving as a working tugboat in Grand Harbour, she was scuttled in 1992 to serve as both an attraction for submarine tours and an artificial reef for scuba divers. Today, Rozi stands as one of the most popular dive sites in Malta.
HMS Maori wreck is one of Malta’s most accessible and historically significant World War II wreck dives. Easily reached from the shore, this shallow dive site offers beginner divers a unique opportunity to explore a genuine warship and experience Malta’s maritime heritage.
X127 is one of Malta’s intriguing World War II wrecks. Originally a British water lighter, the vessel was sunk in 1942 and now rests in Marsamxett Harbour off Manoel Island, near the entrance to Lazzaretto Creek, easily accessible from shore.
Tug Boat 2, a former working tugboat, now rests on the seabed as an artificial reef, attracting both scuba and freedivers. Scuttled in June 2013, it has since become a popular dive site, offering a mix of wreck exploration and marine encounters.
This unique wreck dive features a modern barge with an unusual past. Known as the Fireworks Barge Wreck, it offers divers an off-the-beaten-path experience in shallow, clear waters, making it accessible for beginners while still intriguing seasoned divers.
