About
The Halcyon Photon is a compact, very bright light with a narrow 9 degree beam, perfect as a backup light for technical diving and strong enough as a primary for night and recreational dives. The Mini Photon gives the same output in a shorter body.
Both use a Cree XM-L2 LED with regulated output, so the brightness stays steady as the batteries drain, plus overheat and reverse polarity protection. You switch them on and off with a simple twist. The body is made from AL6061-T6 aircraft-grade aluminium with a hard-anodised finish, three O-rings and a tempered glass lens, rated to 200 m.
The Photon runs on 3 C batteries (included) or 2 lithium-ion 26650 cells; the Mini Photon on 3 AAA batteries (included) or 1 lithium-ion 26650. Order a single light, or a pair with a travel case and spare O-rings. Both have an area for engraving your name.
